Meeka is a spunky red and white husky with startling blue eyes. She came into rescue from a home that had quite a few other huskies and she is looking for her forever home where she can have more individual attention and love.

Meeka is a friendly, outgoing Sibe that loves to be around other dogs her size and larger. She enjoys being with people. She is definitely an alpha female and will be best in a home with a male dog that will not challenge this princess.

Meeka was recently spayed, which explains her “poodle” legs where she was shaved for the anesthetic. She is completely recovered and is looking forward to the next stage of her life – to be a loved companion and her very own family.

Congratulations Indy!!!
Indy is one of those fantastic Siberians that just wants to be loved. He is approximately 3 years old and likes the company of other dogs, however, his favorite pastime is cuddling with his human friends and hanging out with them.

Indy is a light red and white husky with bi-eyes, one blue and brown. If you look closely, his left eye is known as a parti-eye ~ mostly brown, but with a speck of blue.

Indy is a calmer husky that enjoys car rides and is always excited to go for a walk. He would be good as an only dog if in an active home with lots of attention. If you are looking for a fun-loving companion to spend time with, please ask us about Indy!

Congratulations Maddie!!!

Maddie is an 11 month old female Siberian Husky puppy with an all white coat and baby blue eyes. She joined MaPaw with her “sister” Brook when her daddy was called for service and stationed abroad. She and Brook have lived and played together for all of their lives, and it is our hope to place them together. They are not related and were in different litters, however, it is obvious that they rely on each other and are a “team”.

Maddie is full of life and curiosity and is a typical husky puppy that needs a lot of canine play and activity to keep her from becoming bored. A tired husky is a good husky! A strong 6′ fence will be best to keep her safe and sound.

Maddie loves to play with Brook and the others and is full of energy. She is also very affectionate and will seek you out for some quality cuddle time.

Congratulations Brook!!!

Brook is a petite black and white Siberian puppy who is approximately 11 months old. She has twinkling blue eyes that are full of mischief. Unfortunately, her dad was called to duty to protect his country so Brook and her best friend, Maddie, have joined our rescue until we can find the perfect home where they will be loved forever.

Brook is very active and lives up to the Siberian Husky name. As typical for the breed, she can play and play and is quick to find too many interesting things if not closely supervised. She is also very loving and affectionate and will pause in her games to run over and give enthusiastic kisses.

Brook and Maddie are not related, however, the girls have been together all of their young lives. We would like to place them in a home where they can continue their friendship.

Storm is a handsome 10 year old gentleman that has so much to give. He is the classic black and white Siberian with warm, loving brown eyes. Sadly, his human mom had a stroke and was unable to care for Storm and we offered to care for and love him. We hoped “mom” would recover so Storm could go home, but she unfortunately has not. Storm is now looking for a forever home since his mom wants the best for her little guy.

Storm has lived with his foster home for about 1-1/2 years. He is an absolute joy to have around and has had free reign of the house. He is calm and cool, however, he is never too busy to join in a quick and friendly romp with the other dogs.

Storm enjoys car rides and absolutely loves to take walks. He will be perfect for someone that wants a walking partner every day. Storm is very food motivated and will “sit pretty” on his back legs for any kind of treat. Dinner time is one of his favorite times of the day!

Congratulations Blu!!!

Blu is a handsome Siberian Husky with mischievous baby blue eyes. Blu was born on December 13, 2011. Sadly his human mom could no longer care for him and we have welcomed him into rescue until we find him a wonderful forever home.

Blu loves making new doggy friends. He is always ready for a good time and a game of chase. He is a smart boy and has had basic obedience ~ he knows sit, stay (husky-style), paw and down. He is housebroken and is trustworthy in the house.

This boy will do anything to have behind his ears scratched and he loves to cuddle. If allowed, he appreciates sleeping in bed. He is a loving and friendly boy who loves dog parks, walks and car rides. Most of all, Blu likes to near his human.

Blu will need to go to a home that has another active canine his size or larger with a sturdy fenced in area to play and romp in to ensure he is safe and sound. This boy is waiting for a long-term commitment ~ if you are ready for a forever relationship, consider opening your home and heart for Blu.

Congratulations Rocky!!!

Rocky is a handsome wooley (long hair) Siberian Husky approximately 5 to 7 years old. This boy has a sweet, laid back disposition. He somehow lost his family and became a guest at the Humane Society before coming to MaPaw.

Rocky is definitely larger than life and needs to shed some pounds. His beautiful long hair was tangled with mats and he is being brushed each day, which he enjoys. He is also getting several walks a day which he looks forward to. He is interested in the other dogs and will no doubt join in the husky games once he loses a little weight.

Rocky will enjoy a new family where he can be loved just for himself. He enjoys car rides, walks and is happy to just hang out with his friends. His forever home should be one that will continue to monitor his food and daily walks. We can’t wait to see the “new” Rocky once his coat is shiny and soft and he slims down. This guy is a winner!

Congratulations Thor!!!

Thor is a smart pup that just turned 4 months old. This grey and white Siberian has piercing blue eyes that are sure to charm anyone. He is full of puppy energy and loves to play with other huskies and is best friends with all of them.

Thor was loved dearly by his family, however, an elderly family member moved in and having a puppy romping through the house was making life difficult. With his best interest in mind, his family asked us to help him find a new home where he could play and grow up in an environment full of love and safety.

Thor is full of curiosity and mischief and is the typical Siberian puppy with much to learn. He loves everyone, both people and dogs. Thor is crate trained and working on his housebreaking. He will need to be placed in a home with another active Siberian Husky or with dog(s) his size and a family that has the time and patience to continue with his training.

Congratulations Sophie!!!

Sophie is a white Siberian pup with a hint of red and dark, chocolate eyes. This 7 month old puppy came to us extremely shy. With love and patience, she quickly realized she was safe and learned from the other pups around her. She is still timid with strangers, but quickly warms up and shows her spunky, funny side.

Sophie is full of puppy energy and loves to play with the other huskies. She is first to start a game of chase and a friendly wrestling match with her other canine playmates. She is always ready and eager to take a break to say hello and give kisses to the volunteers. She is a smart girl and has begun working on her basic training.

Sophie will be best placed in an active home with sibe-savvy people and another active dog her size or larger, preferably a male. If you are ready for a puppy challenge and are willing and able to devote time and effort for her continued training, this gal could be waiting for you!

Congratulations Mila!!!

Mila (me-la) is an adorable 6 month old red and white Siberian puppy that will surely charm you. Her mom had a job opportunity that she needed to take. Unfortunately, that left Mila alone for long days. Her mom loved her so much that she put Mila’s needs first and asked us to find her a good home where she would not be alone for so long.

Mila is well behaved for a puppy. She is, however, known to give into Siberian antics and needs a warm, loving home where her training will be continued in a positive manner. She is a smart girl and has already graduated puppy training. She knows sit, down and paw.

Mila has a LOT of energy and will do best in a home with another active canine playmate and an active person that likes to go for walks. She is crate trained, housebroken and trustworthy in the house while people are home and watchful. She is, of course, a puppy and will find mischief if left to her own devices.
