Our Seniors
MaPaw has a soft spot for Seniors ~ they make wonderful companions! They have so much love to give and bond very quickly to their new family. Seniors are usually calmer and are happy to share quiet times, a leisurely walk or spend some quality cuddle time.

Our hearts broke when she was found running loose in the streets ~ you can plainly see every bone in her frail body. She obviously has seen hard times and yet her eyes still beg for love and her tail wags hopefully.

Stryker is friends with everyone in the rescue, he gets along with all people and pups. He is crate trained, but is trustworthy loose in the house. Stryker came into rescue with a history of epilepsy and seizures and is on an inexpensive medicine which is quite effective. We have seen no seizures at all during his stay with us and we will continue to watch over this lovely boy.
