Stryker is a handsome young man who somehow lost his way and found himself a guest of the local SPCA. His family was never found and Stryker was welcomed into MaPaw Siberian Husky Rescue where we can get to know him and match him to a perfect fur-ever home.
Stryker is estimated to be one to two years old and as you can see he is very thin and needs to gain some weight. He is a tall, lanky boy and came into rescue a bit confused and wary of humans, but he is quickly learning to trust again and already showing great signs of improvement. Stryker is crate trained and refreshing himself on housebreaking. There have been a few accidents, to be expected due to what this poor lost guy has gone through.
Stryker already knows basic commands and is responding (husky-style) to his new name. He gets along very well with other dogs and has lots of energy to play and run around. He is presently settling into his foster home and receiving lots of TLC and will soon be ready for a family of his own. Please check back for updates as we get to know this great guy.
