Skye is a young Siberian estimated to be three to four years old that many feel to be a hero. He loved his family very much and defended one of its youngest members from a known offender. Skye was cast aside by the very ones who should have thanked him.
Skye passed our evaluation with flying colors and came into rescue for observation and testing during a probationary period. For over six weeks he has been tested on a daily basis and has met all challenges presented to him with excellent results. He is a friendly and affectionate boy who loves people and plays well with other dogs.
Skye is a handsome, happy husky that is a joy to have around. He is an active boy and loves to initiate a good romp with the other sibes and then curl up with them for a well-deserved nap. Skye has plenty to say and sing about and has one of the loveliest baritones we have every heard. He is crate trained and is trustworthy in the house (sibe-style) with a little mischief from time to time.
It is time for Skye to move on and find a forever home that will love him and appreciate him. This young Siberian is a wonderful boy and will be best placed in a sibe-savvy home with similar canine companions.
