Lakota is a handsome ten-year-old male Siberian that was found along a busy highway in danger of the cars speeding by him. He was rescued by animal control and taken into safety. His owner was found, but chose to release him to the authorities. Poor Lakota was scheduled to be euthanized when his luck changed; a kind hearted person could not stand to see a wonderful, loving Siberian die and arranged to have Lakota boarded at a private kennel at her own expense.
Lakota is safe for now, but needs to be in a loving home environment that will care for him and keep him safe and sound. He is a fantastic guy that will make someone a wonderful companion who is well past the chewing and time-consuming puppy stage.
