Sweet Princess

Mapei is a beautiful Siberian with a personality to match. She is a three-year-old white, blue-eyed little girl that loves everyone. She is playful, loyal, gentle, excellent with kids, other dogs and good in large groups. Typical of a Siberian, she keeps her back yard dug up and varmint free and must be kept in a secured, fenced in area. Cats are not recommended.

Mapei is a wonderful indoor companion; she is housebroken, crate trained and trustworthy. She respects kids toys and leaves them alone – unless they are left on the floor, that's fair game. She is not a counter-surfer and has wonderful manners --- this sibe is going to spoil someone!

Mapei is an excellent jogging companion (especially on those last tough uphill climbs), loves car rides, playing tag with her humans and fetching balls. She is a great snuggler, considers herself a lap dog and likes to be next to you with both paws in your lap. This little girl gives great hugs!

Mapei has lived with her current family since a pup and is a loved, cherished member of the family. Unfortunately, her human “brother” has developed asthma and even with special shampoos and treatments, Mapei is not helping his medical condition. The family is heartbroken.

The Energizer Husky!!

True to his name, this guy is full of energy! Sparky, a 1 1/2 year old male Sibe was a bit too much for his owners so he's looking for a new home who can keep up with his young Sibe ways. He is housetrained, up to date on vaccinations and is ready to move into your family. He's quite excitable which is typical of a young Sibe but gets along great with other dogs....no cats though please. He'll require a 6 foot fence and no young children due to his high energy level. A family willing to teach Sparky some basic manners along with a sense of humor and some patience would be ideal.

What a looker this little girl is!

Codi, a 14 week old female Red and White Sibe puppy was reluctantly turned into Rescue due to an illness in her owner's family.  They wanted to be sure she had a good start in life so we'll be looking for the perfect family for this gal.  Codi is in her new foster home and is busy learning how to be a good puppy.  She has been living with cats and another dog and she seems to have happily accepted them. She's full of puppy spunk but is happy just to climb on your lap and give sweet, gentle kisses.   Stay tuned for more information on this little sweetheart.

Zariah

Beautiful Youngster 

Zariah is a wonderful 15-month-old pup who gets along with everyone from two to one hundred - as long as they don't mind her jumping up with kisses for them! She is good with children of all ages and dogs her size or larger; and is fully housebroken. No cats or small pets.

Zariah has attended puppy kindergarten and basic obedience. This smart girl knows sit, shake, stay, come, leave it, drop it, and off. Of course, she is a Siberian and sometimes doesn't see the point of a command.

Zariah's picture doesn't do her justice, especially her ice blue eyes. She is a fantastic older puppy that is very well behaved. She does need to find a forever home as quickly as possible – if you can find room to adopt or foster Zariah, please contact us. The sooner we can help her the better.

Look out....fun is in the room!

This spunky gal has a daily agenda....to play until she drops. She was rescued from a shelter and has worn her foster siblings out. This 18 month old sweetheart needs a new family to call her own. She'd love to have some canine buddies to play with or perhaps a human that can keep up with her playfulness in a fenced yard. She's a cuddler who's quite affectionate and will eventually settle down being content to lie next to you. She knows some basic commands, is crate trained, and takes treats gently.

A wonderful guy... Timber is a very special boy that will make someone an awesome friend. He is very friendly towards people and other dogs. He is nine years now and has mellowed a bit, but there is still that twinkle in his eye and wonderful Siberian smiles for anyone near.

Dante

Good Ol’ American Dog

Dante is a handsome husky mix that looks at everyone as his best friend. Unfortunately, Dante has found himself separated from his family due to a move and is seeking a new home. We fell in love with this guy the moment we met him…

Dante is six years young (about middle age for a dog) and a perfect houseguest. He is housebroken and non-destructive, totally loving and somewhat submissive. Dante met us the first time with tail – no his whole rear end – wagging, delighted to make a new friend. Although he was very excited to meet us, he kept his manners and did not jump up, but was happy to extend his paw in friendship. He also knows how to give excellent doggy hugs!

Dante is about forty pounds and knows his basic commands. He enjoys quality time on walks with his humans and walks well on a leash. He gets along with just about everyone and loves any attention he can get. Because of his enthusiasm, we recommend no children younger than five. He can be something of a clown and it’s obvious to all that he is just a happy boy that is well adjusted.

Of course, Dante is up to date on his shots, vet checked and neutered. All this boy needs now is a home to call his own and a family to love.

Spirit is 4yr old red/brown Siberian Husky .  He has one green eye and one blue one.  He is super handsome and is neutered.  Spirit is very friendly, he loves people and most all other dogs.  He loves to chase squirrels and rabbits.  He is very energetic and a great companion for running.  Spirit loves the outdoors, long walks, hikes, and enjoys swimming. Indoors, Spirit will stay to himself, although he will like to be near you.  He is a wonderful Siberian Husky

Hi! My name is Rex, and I am a 1.5 year old Lab/Husky mix. I am a docile, sweet, lovable gentleman. My mommy has to find a home for me soon because my daddy is in Kuwait and my mommy has to take care of my four brothers and sisters (2legged, that is!) She says if she doesn’t find me a home soon, I may have to go to the pound. I don’t like the sound of that! I am good with other dogs, and GREAT with kids. Unfortunately, I do have seizures from time to time. A nice woman at my vet and a few other guardian angels are currently helping with my medical bills and medication to help figure out why I have seizures and to help me get them under control I have been put on some medication until all of the results come in and so far, I haven’t had a seizure! I would love nothing more than to snuggle with you on these cold nights ( I currently sleep outdoors). If you think you could take a chance on me, please call the nice woman who is helping me. She can answer the questions I can’t! TAKE A CHANCE ON ME, YOU’LL HAVE A FRIEND FOR LIFE……with a face like mine, how could you go wrong?

Cat Friendly

Sky is a pretty three year old redhead with sky blue eyes. She was born on August 22, 2001 and has completed obedience training (husky style). Sky is very lovable, but timid. Once she knows you she wants to be by your side, but she needs to be introduced to strangers slowly. She would fit in best with a household that is not too active with visitors. She is great with older kids, other dogs and even cats! Sky is crate trained and housebroken. She is looking for a loving home where she can be part of the family and just belong.

Jazz

Jazz is a nine month old spayed puppy born May 5, 2004 . This pretty little girl is bi-eyed (one brown/one blue) and is extremely playful and energetic. She is housebroken and knows sit, come and shake… when it suits her. She is crate trained and when you say “nighty-night” she goes running to her crate. Jazz is extremely intelligent and is slowing coming out of the chewing stage with the help of an assortment of chew toys available. This young Siberian is still in her puppy stages and is quite the digger. She is good with other dogs, her current best friend is a Corgi-mix and she needs an active home and/or another dog to play with, preferably with a nice, secure fence.

Jazz's family loves her dearly, however, the resident cats refuse to adjust to her even though she has been on her best behavior with them. We are looking to place this wonderful, high-energy girl in a forever home where she can be spoiled Siberian style.

To the Max!

Max is a handsome, very energetic husky puppy not quite a year old. He is extremely affectionate, housebroken and crate trained. He has had basic obedience training. Max has been dubbed as “the energizer bunny” and loves to play. When he does tire – eventually – he is ready for quality time with the humans and loves to snuggle in and rest up for the next play session. Max will be best placed in a home with a large secure fence and doggy playmates.

Home for the Holidays?

Buck is a friendly three-year-old shepherd/husky mix that has found himself in dire straits…. This poor guy is a victim of divorce and has lost his home and only has his best fur-friend, Zoro, a border collie mix, left by his side. Poor Buck is a little uncertain now and isn't sure why he isn't in his home and what is happening to him. Our wish for the holidays is to place Buck in a loving forever home and Zoro would love to join him! Please contact us if you can give one or both of these great dogs a loving home they so deserve.

SWM looking for lasting relationship based on love and trust.

Jasper is a three year old all white husky with warm brown eyes and a little shepherd thrown in for good measure. He has the best of both breeds; the friendliness of a Siberian and protectiveness of a German Shepherd. Unfortunately, Jasper’s dad has developed asthma and he must find a foster or permanent home as quickly as possible.

Jasper enjoys being an indoor pet, he is housebroken and trustworthy. Jasper is currently living with a cat and a six-year old child he loves. He is very protective over “his boy”. He can jump a four-foot fence.

In fact, this boy is a good agility candidate: one of his favorite past-times is climbing his boy’s slide --- up the ladder and then sliding down to the ground --- gotta love him!

A Special Tail… 

Fairbanks is a very special Siberian with a very special story. This six year old wooly (long hair) boy was the cherished pet of a wonderful person who devoted her life to saving and rescuing Siberians. We were saddened to hear when Peg passed away and her husband was admitted to a nursing home.

Fairbanks was facing what all the other Siberians he and rescue had helped in the past: A very unknown future and no home to call his own.

The rescue community banded together and helped bring this wonderful boy up to Pennsylvania where he is now settling in at his foster home. And he has touched all of our hearts; he met each new person with big Siberian kisses. It was bittersweet for each transporter to pass this darling on to the next leg of his trip; everyone wished they could keep him for their own.

Fairbanks is, simply put, the ideal dog, sibe-style. Being involved in rescue all his life; he is great around dogs although he would be best with a non-alpha personality. He is an indoor pet, housebroken and crate trained. He is very loving and likes companionship. This guy is going to make someone a wonderful best friend.

Fairbanks is not cat/small dog friendly and must go to a home without small pets.

IKE

YOU'LL LIKE IKE!!

Ike is a male Siberian Husky with a black and silver coat, beautiful brown eyes, and a sweet teddy bear face. He is about 1.5 years old and has lots of puppy energy which he uses to wrestle with other puppies in the house and for running all over the yard in the snow. Ike definitely has that look about him that says, "I wish I was pulling a sled!" He is very compact and strong, weighing only about 48 lbs. He is very friendly with people and other dogs but has not been tested with cats. Ike is house trained, crate trained, knows basic commands like "sit" and "paw," walks well on lead, takes treats gently and has been a perfect gentleman in the house. Ike is so happy to be with people, he is eager to stand on his head or crawl into your lap for belly rubs. Ike is what we consider to be one of our "plug and play" dogs. He has been a breeze to acclimate into his foster family and we suspect he will adjust quickly to a forever family and charm everyone in the process.

Little Beauty!

Snowy is an 8 month old, pure white, knock-you-over gorgeous little Siberian pup! She was adopted by someone who didn't know what they were in for with a husky and now she finds her young self in need of some new digs. Her foster mom describes her as a ball of playful energy with the sweetest disposition you can imagine. She loves to play, loves her kong, loves to give kisses and get cuddles. She is house-broken and crate-trained; loves other dogs... In other words, aside from being a sibe puppy, she is perfect!!!
